Litfuse Review: Whispers on the Dock by:Evangeline Kelley
About the Book:
Three sisters. A charming inn. Hints of mystery and romance. And a gorgeous seaside setting. Escape to Misty Harbor Inn. Readers will delight in the adventures of these three sisters who reunite to bring their mother's dreams to life.
About the Authors:
Evangeline Kelley is the pen name for the writing team of Patti Berg, Pam Hanson & Barbara Andrews, and Camy Tang, who collaborated to create Postcards from Misty Harbor Inn. Each of them has published novels individually, but this is their first series together. Other books in the series include Seaside Harmony and Sunflower Summer.
My Review:
Sam Carter, Caroline Marris, and Gracie Gold are three sisters who decide to go into together to purchase and run a bed and breakfast. The house that they decide to run this business from is rich in historical facts and abounds with mystery. The mystery of the house is very intriguing but little did they know that it would also affect them so closely. Soon they are greeted by a former guest of the historical home that stayed there as a young child. This house guest has alot to share about her stay there.
Meanwhile, Sam decides to enter a local baking contest, And no sooner does she enter she finds out that her opponent is a past winner that plans on winning this time also, no matter what it takes. Its not long before the sisters are definitely relying on the Almighty to get them through this seamlessly.
Whispers on the Dock is the third book in the Postcards from the Misty Harbor Inn series. The book was very entertaining from the start. The authors did a wonderful job of catching my interest from the first page of the book.
**Disclosure** This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from Litfuse Publicity.
