Review: Confessions of a Wonder Woman Wannabe by:Jenny Lee Sulpizio

Confessions of a Wonder Woman Wannabe: On a Mission to Save Sanity, One Mom at a Time
About the Book:
She may be tough, beautiful, and practically perfect in every way, but saving the world is only easy when you're Wonder Woman. Being a mom, on the other hand? Now, that takes some serious superpowers.

About the Author:
As a self-proclaimed (and slightly crazed) Wonder Woman Wannabe herself, JENNY LEE SULPIZIO is a Christian wife and mother to three amazing kiddos. After hanging up her star-spangled bloomers (and that restrictive red corset) a few years back, Jenny now spends most of her ''spare'' time dishing out the latest in tips, hints, and practical advice to help guide other mommies through the trenches of motherhood. And when she isn't cooking, cleaning, or attempting to raise her kids right (as in manner-possessing, respectful, God-loving little tikes), Jenny can usually be found writing about it instead. Jenny resides in Boise, Idaho.

My Review:
Juggling home and family is NEVER easy, it is down right scary, sometimes. As the author, Jenny Lee Sulpizio will tell you. She thought she had read every book on every problem known to man to care for her first newborn, so much so that she would come out of it smelling like a rose. But that is not exactly how things ended up. She had no gumption left to do anything for her husband or for herself. Pretty soon she realized that was she was doing it all on her own instead of relying on God.

In her book, Confessions of a Wonder Woman Wannabe, she quickly sets us up to go in the right direction. By providing simple and time tested routines and hints to get us in the doing it all mode effortlessly. With seriously funny and not so funny stories the author helps us along to achieve Wonder Woman status in seconds flat. She gives you many ideas to help you lead an easier life such as couponing help, hitting the gym, makeover time for Mom, cooking tips, and cleaning hints. And she even tells you different experiences she has had doing the mom thing.

This book is a good way to learn from someone who has "been there and done that". This book is chock full of things to help us Moms hold on to some bit of sanity and self.

**Disclosure** This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from ACU/Leafwood Press.
