My Review:
Let's travel back in time to a foreign land. Wouldn't that be fun? Well now you can with Carole Roman's latest, If You Were Me and Lived in...Renaissance Italy. In her latest she will explore what it was like in the year 1483 in Renaissance Italy. A very beautiful place full of rich culture and amazing food just to name a few. If you were a girl, your name could of been Dolce or if a boy maybe Cosimo.

Most children didn't go to school and sadly diseases were widespread there. But soon a new age was coming that would change everything for the people there and that's how the Renaissance period began. The people of Italy copied the Classical Greece lifestyle and things started looking up for the people of Italy. The people during that time came out of a very dark period and took their country by storm and transformed it. A country rich in culture and thriving became the Italy we all know and love today.

**Disclosure** This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from the author.
