My Review:
Chasing Secrets is full of mystery, intrigue, and suspense. It is definitely a nail-biter and kept me on my toes the entire time I was reading along. Haley knows all about intensity and trying to either run from it or gravitate towards it. She has a way with opposition and how to fight against it to reach a goal. But when investigators in Ireland reopen a 25 year old cold case things start getting a little hairy which will put her will and determination to the test.
After a rather close call a detective on the case decides it would be best if he protects her, after all her life is in danger. Like a life played out on the big screen, Chasing Secrets offers its readers a very suspenseful tale that has tons of action. Lynette Eason is known for her great suspense filled writing. This addition to the Elite Guardians series, is no different than the rest in the series. You will finish reading this feeling that you just fought the bad guys, too.
