My Review:
On a Summer Tide brings us a fresh new look at an author that has been around for quite, some time. I usually review her Amish Fiction books but this time we are seeing something different from Suzanne Woods Fisher.
First of all, it takes place off the coast of Maine. I have never been there but delight in the architecture there so I'm already intrigued by the summary when i hear that Cam is gifted an island near the coast. Umm... yes sign me up. The father gifts the island to his daughters. They ultimately cant understand why this island and why now. Within further inspection it is revealed that this means a lot to him and there is a sentimental reason why he has done such a crazy thing.
This island takes Cam on a special journey that could change her life forever. This place can transform you without you even knowing that anything in your life should or would change and its all for the better. God is definitely at work here and it is seen throughout the book.
A great beach read!
