My Review:
As we age we loose bone mass. And I will tell you from personal experience that I take regular old calcium supplements that have been around forever. Bottom line, they taste terrible. Caltrate has come up with a way for us to have a great tasting, easy way to give back to our body the calcium and vitamin D that it so desperately needs for better bone health.
