About the Book:
Brave Queen Esther tells the story of a brave and beautiful hero of the Old Testament. Written in the I Can Read level two standards, with age-appropriate vocabulary and concepts, young readers read about a young Jewish woman who is chosen to be a queen by a powerful king. When she hears of a plan to hurt all of the Jewish people in the kingdom, she calls on her faith and steps forward, facing certain danger to save God s people from the evil plan.

This I Can Read! series of Bible stories makes use of the unique features found in the NIV Adventure Bible such as People in Bible Times and Words to Treasure ."

My Review:
Queen Esther was one brave lady that would do whatever it would take to save her people and its a good thing to let children know that there were real princesses and queens in the Bible. And that they were honorable women, honorable to Christ. Mordecai and Esther come up with a plan to save the Jews from death, but Esther had to carry it out. It was a very dangerous situation. Esther trusted God because she was so very afraid and God protected her.

Brave Queen Esther, is a book perfect for the 4-8 age group. It is also a level 2 reading book, which means can be read but with help. Queen Esther is a great role model for young girls.
