My Review:
After you start having children and you care for babies non stop. It is just really difficult to turn that off in order to be intimate with your husband especially at the end of a very long day that never seems to end. And after years of this seemingly harmless neglect our marriage starts to develop cracks that sometimes turn into big canyons that a lot of times don't recover.
Luckily for us the authors written this book to help with those private times with your husband that seem to wain after the kids. After 21 years of marriage, you have to be intentional with being with your spouse and I will go ahead and say it, possibly a majority of the days out of the week. And yes I mean it. The authors guide you through the different items and situations to retrain your thinking and help you realize that you do indeed love this time with your better half. At the end of each chapter they have included a A Hot Mama Pledge, Real Hot Mama Ideas, and Hot Mama "Good Girl Syndrome" Bucket List. My favorite are the suggestions on the bucket list. I have even tried a few of these before. We need sizzle ladies and this is the book for it!
