My Review:

I have personally suffered from anxiety for as long as I can remember. Life hasnt always been the easiest for me. From severe stomach aches as a child to tremors as an adult--it just never gets any easier. As a person ages it seems to only get worse. Children that experience that sort of grief or trauma are just really plagued. Its a terrible feeling no matter your age.

But this devotional is a really good one for children with anxiety issues. It really soothes and encourages them to look beyond what is scaring them into what God can do to help.

Each devo entry has a scripture reading for the day. The author discussing said topic and a note area to help the child sort out their feelings on said feeling.
