Litfuse Review:Catch a Falling Star by:Beth K. Vogt

Catch a Falling Star by Beth Vogt
About the Book:
Is life about accomplishing plans . . . or wishes coming true . . . or something more?

Dr. Kendall Haynes’s plans to have it all—a career, a husband, a family—are eluding her. Now that she’s thirty-six, she needs to stop wishing upon a star and face reality: Some dreams just never come true.

Air Force pilot Griffin Walker prefers flying solo in the air and on the ground—until a dangerous choice ejects him from the cockpit. His life becomes even more complicated after the sudden death of his parents makes him the guardian of his sixteen-year-old brother. There’s no way his life will ever get back on course now.

When their lives collide during a near tragedy, Kendall and Griffin must decide if they can embrace the unexpected changes God has waiting for them.
Author Beth Vogt
About the Author:
Beth K. Vogt is a nonfiction author and editor who said she’d never write fiction. She’s the wife of an air force physician who said she’d never marry a doctor—or anyone in the military. She’s a mom of four who said she’d never have kids. She’s discovered that God’s best often waits behind the doors marked “Never.”

My Review:
Beth Vogt's latest book is about a thirty something doctor that feels that she is well past her prime. Her sister and her girlfriends have seemed to find their soul mates. But what has God got planned for her? Where is her happily ever after? Kendall decided a long time ago that she would work on her career first but choosing a career first may mean missing out on the husband and family she has always longed for.

During a chance meeting, Kendall and Griffin cross paths. Which doesn't really mean anything to either of them. Except that the chance meeting maybe means a little more than they ever anticipated. Just when you feel like you should give up God steps in and then all of a sudden things seem to speed up and bring you to the place that he had waiting for you all along. The author has written a very intriguing novel that causes you to keep digging deeper to see what is going to happen next.

**Disclosure** This book was sent to me for free for my honest review by Litfuse Publicity.
