A native New Yorker and real estate agent, first-time author Barbara Bonilla has resided in Manhattan for over 40 years. As an experienced home cook from a long line of Italian chefs, Barbara is not afraid to admit that she's also a fast-food junkie with a major sweet tooth. My Review:
This is the most delightful children's book that I have read in a long time. Beautifully written by Barbara Ann Bonilla, it wasn't long before even I started noticing some very familiar names. I read it out loud to my children and that just laughed and laughed. They were also able to start recognizing familiar phrases right away.

Wendy and her friends, Denny&Jack just want to enjoy some time together like friends will do. But instead they are faced with an new adventure or two and an unexpected bully. This witty story is brilliant. For the flow to continue the way it did throughout the book, the author has to be quite talented. The play on words was exceptional. Our family enjoyed it so much that they asked if the author had anymore stories like this one.
