My Review:
Keri couldn't wait to come home from the all ladies school. She had enough with being proper wearing skirt and other womanly things, she was ready for trousers and her life back on the ranch. But one thing she didn't expect was to find that her only family, her Uncle had died a week prier. That was one thing but there is something so different and beyond  that, there's this handsome man saying he owns her uncles ranch and everything on it. Well, that's a conversation that he's going to have with the end of her shot gun.

When Brooks received the ranch after beating Keri's Uncle in a card game, he was all but happy. He felt that the old man should have kept it but when he came to tell him that, he found something that made him very angry. But he has to do as he promised, he has to find away to take care of Kerri. Even though she's feisty and wild, he can't help but think she's pretty. But when a evil man threatens Brooks, he knows it's time to get serious and fight this man off before, he loses someone he loves to much. But could that cause them the ranch and everything they own?

Well I really hate to see this series end, but I guess eventually all things have to. It was a really great series with lots of mystery, mayhem, and tons of romance. This book was an awesome end to a very exciting series that spanned generations.

**Disclosure** This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from the publisher.
