About the Book:
What? Treat your candida while eating desserts? It sounds backwards, doesn’t it. Anyone with candida can tell you that sugar and starches feed the problem. But now you can enjoy homemade chocolate chip cookies, multi-layered bars, luscious cheesecake, and delicious frappuccinos without the worry! Filled with over 70 delicious desserts to satisfy any sweet tooth, The Sweeter Side of Candida is completely safe for someone with or without candida.

About the Authors:
Paula Miller is a wife and homeschooling mom of five. Several family health issues involving Lyme disease, food allergies, and candida has created a passion to write about whole food, whole living, and whole faith at www.wholeintentions.com.

Sarah Ives is a follower of Christ, wife to her best friend, Aeron, mother of three small children, home manager and educator, wannabe gourmet chef, and candida fighter.

Everybody I know is starting to jump on the no sugar band wagon. I myself have had mighty struggles with sugar. It is such a battle, I will once again ween myself off of it just to give in once again to that chocolate chip cookie. This book is safe for someone with or without this condition, so it was definitely worth a shot for me and I'm glad I took the risk. You will find many alternatives to the foods you are already eating so its a smooth adjustment.

**Disclosure** This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from the author.
