Review: The Berenstain Bears Keep the Faith by:Mike Berenstain

The Berenstain Bears Keep the Faith
About the Book:
When Brother and Sister Bear's friend Ferdy Factual tells them he doesn't believe God created the world, the Bear cubs don't know what to think. What does it mean to have faith? Can Preacher Brown help?

About the Author:
Mike Berenstain grew up watching his parents, Stan and Jan, working together to write and draw these lovable bears. Eventually he started drawing and writing about them too.

My Review:
The beloved work of Stan&Jan Berenstain live on in the artistic hands of their son, Mike. Nike Berenstain has continued the tradition that his parents started all those years ago. My family love the Berenstain Bears just as my husband & I did as children. The character lessons that this series provides is something I love sharing with my children and will continue on to our grands some day.

The latest book in the series is, The Berenstain Bears Keep The Faith, which centers around the fact that Brother and Sister Bear have a friend, Ferdy Factual that doesn't believe in God. After some quiet thought, they finally speak to their parents about this and they in turn take the pair to Preacher Brown so that he can explain "faith" in a way that they can understand in a way to calm their fears and doubts about the subject.

After a discussion&quick reference to the story of Daniel and the lions den, Brother and Sister soon realize that faith in God is very important. And that Daniel teaches them to have an even deeper commitment to our creator.

**Disclosure** This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from my participation on the Z Blog Squad.
