My Review:
Well by now everyone has heard of the movie, Mom's Night Out, and if you haven't well....you might live under a rock. I had a chance to review the book which was a novelization of the movie but I by far enjoyed the devotional the best. Mostly because it gives me a chance to use it along with my Bible study in the mornings. It is written by the lovely, Kerri Pomarolli, who is a success in her own right and she is hilarious. I love her wittiness, she is a funny girl that loves God.

During all of the craziness of motherhood, the author has brought to us a companion devotional, to the movie, for those days and times we aren't "feeling it". You know those days I mean, when you just got your three year old dressed for church and just as you walk out the door you notice this weird smell coming from him. And you think to yourself, I just gave him a bath, what happened in the 5 minute it took me to get him dressed and to the door? Or the time that your boys had your running everywhere trying to find their shoes as they decide its more fun to throw things at each other and watch mom dodge it all.

Yes, we moms have those type of days every once in awhile---and some of us have those type of days everyday. And that's why we need devotionals like this to help cheer us on, inspire, and encourage us to keep up the good fight even when that race gets mighty grueling. That is what Kerri's book is all about, just keeping up the good fight and keep looking upward because God can get us through anything. Even if it is the feat of trying to keep a little boy clean, still, and not sticky for a tiny 5 minutes.

**Disclosure** This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from Litfuse Publicity.
