About the Book:
Apostle Paul part of the Get to Know series is a unique biography about Paul. Focusing on the life and character of this Biblical hero, using color photographs, maps, and other visual resources to tell the whole story, young biography fans will come to learn more about this man of the God, his writings, his impact on the early church, and the role he plays in history.
Featuring a bibliography and scriptural references throughout, this is sure to become a favorite for young readers and for first book reports."
My Review:
Alot of different Bible characters had different names than those that were born to them, and Apostle Paul was no different. He was actually someone who persecuted those that followed Jesus and he felt very justified in doing so. Before his conversion to Christianity his name was Saul but soon after it became Paul. Being the very eloquent, studious person he was---he went on to do many, great things for the church. The Get to Know series gives your child a much more further and in depth learning on some great characters from the Bible that are just as full of sin as we are but most who went on to do great things for God.
This biography geared towards 9-12 year olds is perfect to give them a better understanding and it is an excellent biography to use in order to do a book report from. Full of real, rich photography and very knowledgeable facts sure to enrich the lives of the children who read about him in this series.
**Disclosure** This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from Book Look.
