My Review:
Megan McClare left San Fransisco, as a chubby, freckle faced red head to head off to Paris. There she grew and blossomed into quite the stunning young woman and as she did she become strong and confident. Upon returning to San Fransisco, she finds that a lot has changed, like her feelings for Bram Hughes---her best friend. After accepting an invite as an intern at the district attorney's office, she finds herself questioning many things, especially working side by side her old school bully, Devin Caldwell.
Bram Hughes couldn't catch his breath or slow his heartbeat after seeing Megan after her long hiatus in Paris. He had been taken by surprise by his change of feelings for her and hers for him. Soon she has him questioning everything about himself and his circumstances. The author is really great with words and her books are always filled with budding romance. Surprised By Love, is no different than other writings by Julie Lessman strong story line and love on every page! If you are interested in learning more, you can at this link.
