My Review:
I bake a lot. It is my favorite hobby. I love baking for my family and my friends. I am known at church for my amazing chocolate chip cookie recipe. So I am really hesitant to use various products because I don't want it damaging the finished product in any form or fashion. Ya know--the whole idea of doing what works. It is really hard to defer from that thought, idea, or just plain habit. But as of late you will start spotting more and baking or cooking items that are silicone based and we have here one of those products. The Effiliv Baking Mat Set is a perfect way to break yourself in on the whole silicone bake ware idea, this particular set comes in a 2 pack so that you can have enough for two cookie sheets at a time. This is perfect for my because when baking several amounts of goodies I am usually rotating pans.
These sheets are perfect for a non stick surface. They fit perfectly on my cookie sheets and they baked evenly. I had no problems loosening my cookies from the mat. This fact alone made me very happy. They are also perfectly sealed so you don't have to worry about flavor transfer. A good soap and water wash and you can use them again and again.
