You will learn that grief is an ongoing process, and is as unique and individual as you are.
I have been through tons of grief in my life, literally tons. I lost both parents by the time I was 25 years old and that was only two of the people closest to me that I had a chance to lose---I have lost so many more , now at the age of 40. Grief is a terrible, terrible things, but as I tell my children it is the price you pay for loving someone. I grieved for my mother for at least 10 years a deep dark place that I thought was swallowing me up.
The author manages in Someone Died...Now What? to give you some great advice on moving on and tells you how to cope with all the feelings and thoughts that grief can bring. Everyone processes death differently so it is such a good idea to read a book that can help us through each process, there is even a section dedicated to children. And so the author doesn't leave anyone out she also covers suggestions that you can help the mourner.
