If You Were Me and Lived In...the American West
About the Book:
Join Carole P. Roman and travel through time to visit the most interesting civilizations throughout history in the first four books of her new series. Learn what kind of food you might eat in Ancient Greece, the clothes you wore in 15th century Renaissance Italy, what your name could be in Viking Europe, and what children who lived during the Han Dynasty did for fun. If You Were Me and Lived in...does for history what her other award-winning series did for culture. So get on-board this time-travel machine and discover the world through the eyes of a young person just like you.

My Review:
A field trip is an easy thing when you take off on an adventure into Carole Roman's many books from the If You Were Me and Lived In... series. This series is a virtual field trip for our littles. Carole Roman brings the book topic or country to our children and takes them on an educational but fun adventure.

The book entitled, If You Were Me and Lived In...The American West is an awesome book and my new favorite from the series. It takes you back to a time that was hard for many but they found a way to survive. The author explains what a day in the life in the American West was like from milking cows to riding in wagons to get to your next destination.

The American West is a fun place to learn more about our country and its heritage. I really liked this one!

**Disclosure** This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from the author.
