Review: Jesus: A 365 Day Devotional by:Zonderkidz
About the Book:
Jesus isn’t just found in the New Testament of the Bible—mentions, whispers, and echoes of Him can be found throughout the Bible. There are hundreds of clues and promises about Jesus in the Old Testament, which are fulfilled in the New Testament. Jesus: A 365-Day Devotional helps 8-12 year olds understand these revealing verses about Jesus from the beginning of the Bible to the end. Each devotional includes a Scripture, an explanation, and a prayer for reflection to help children discover that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life.
Jesus is a promised fulfilled for all of us. God promised he would send a deliverer, and He did. Jesus is ready and waiting for you.
My Review:
Jesus: A 365 Day Devotional is an awesome and simple devotional for 8-12 year olds. It has been a little hard for me to find one for my son that contains enough devotionals for the entire year, so I was happy to get a chance to review this one. I absolutely love the simplicity of it and it is perfect for that child that likes to cut right to the chase. It is done in muted colors and is a real simple daily devotion that is only a page long and makes several scripture references.
Day 56 was one of my favorites. It refers to Micah 5:2, it talks about Micah giving a prophesy about Jesus. It speaks of our faith. It was right to the point and dead on. A steal at $15.99 for hardcover.
**Disclosure** This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from the publisher.
