My Review:
Sometimes, just reading the Bible can get very boring and you will feel like giving up or wanting a change. When this happens, it is good to start a Bible study. This alone will further your understanding on some many levels and will hopefully get your hunger back up to where it needs to be.
This book in particular starts us on the road through the Gospel of Mark. The author has done a thorough Bible study on the Gospel, therefore he is able to give you many advantages on your study of this great Gospel.
I love the stories that the author shares in the beginning of each chapter. He helps the reader to relate to him pretty well and that will help keep your attention throughout the book. He gives you a simple and straight forward explanation and synopsis of each chapter in Mark.
Bible Studies on Mark also has questions at the end of each chapter, so for an individual or small group study this book would fit the bill. It is a great study to start the New Year!
