Review: Monsterland by:Michael Okon
About the Book:
Welcome to Monsterland, the scariest place on earth.
When world markets are decimated by a crippling plague, philanthropist, and billionaire businessman, Vincent Konrad decides to place monsters in a theme park setting to promote education and tolerance. Copper Valley is chosen as the primary site for the park in the United States.
Wyatt Baldwin, a high school senior is dying to go to the opening and when he lands special passes to the park, he and his friends are expecting the experience of a lifetime.
After all, in a theme park where real zombies, werewolves, and vampires are the main attractions, what could possibly go wrong?
My Review:
A theme park for adults to interact with monsters. Me? I am too scared to go to a theme park such as one in the book. But there are many people out there that would definitely go to something like this. This story plays out like a terrifying scary movie. you can go to this theme park and interact with monsters that only chased you in your dreams. Thinking this is a fantastic idea is Wyatt Baldwin and his friends.
I wouldn't go anywhere near this place and what if they get released into the real world. what then? This story played out a lot like a famous dinosaur movie. It was definitely a scary read for ones that like this type of genre. It will leave you on the edge of your seats not wanting to breath for fear that they will see you and come get you.
**Disclosure** This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from the author. All opinions are my own.
