My Review:

Captured in this smallish sized book  are a 150 devotionals perfect for teens and young adults. Each day you can receive daily encouragement and rest. They are only one page long with scripture, a summary, and reflection questions and notes section. A great way to begin each day!

I read through a few of these and they are basically honey for your soul all in one little book. Choosing Life was all about speaking life into your situation instead of death. Trying to always having a positive attitude or choice about a matter can literally change everything.

Choosing life in our deeds and words each day can change our attitude or the very situation that we are fretting over. God wants you to choose life! Because this alone can change everything for you and generations to come.

**Disclosure**This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from the publisher. All opinions are my own.
