Review: Betrayal by: Robin Lee Hatcher
About the Book:
Julia Grace has no desire to enter into another marriage. But with her dead husband's half brother threatening to take away her Wyoming ranch, Julia realizes marriage may be only way to keep what is rightfully hers.
A man well acquainted with betrayal, drifter Hugh Brennan finds himself drawn to the attractive widow. Yet when he looks into Julia's eyes, he recognizes the same hurt that haunts him.
A thoughtful romance from the turn of the twentieth century, Betrayal will take you to the high desert of western Wyoming, through the crags of the Rocky Mountains, and into the souls of two seekers learning to trust God's love no matter the circumstances.

My Review:
The characters in Robin Lee Hatcher's newest addition to the Where the Heart Lives series Betrayal are breathtakingly pure and raw. They leave you wanting to know more. Julia Grace trying to go it alone since her scoundrel of a husband passed on. And Hugh Brennan a lonely drifter trying to found out where he belongs. All the while the two of them feel drawn to each other almost immediately. They both feel something familiar and comforting in just the simple day to day activities of life.
Julia has been trying to keep her farm going without much if any help. And then along comes this stranger and it seems at least for the time being Hugh Brennan is an answer to pray.
He agrees to stay on to help her take her herd of cattle to market and she agrees to give him a roof over his head and a place to sleep until then. But something neither one of them counted on was that they would find rest in each others eyes. And I don't think they realized either how lonely the two of them actually were until meeting. But like all good novels they both have secrets. Will these secrets keep them from receiving the love they both so desperately need?
**Exciting news!! The publishers at Zondervan have agreed to give away two copies of Robin Lee Hatchers awesome books to one of my lucky readers. The two books are titled Belonging & Betrayal. Betrayal I reviewed above and Belonging is another book in that series. You can read more about that book here. So just enter below. Good luck!
**Disclosure** I received this book for free for my honest review from the publisher.
