Review:When God Makes Lemonade by:Don Jacobson

About the Book:
In When God Makes Lemonade, author Don Jacobson has collected real-life stories from around the world that show everyday folks discovering unexpected sweetness in the midst of sour circumstances. Some are funny, others are sobering, and more than a few will bring tears of amazement. But these true stories all have one thing in common: hope.
There's no question that life gives us "lemons," like issues with health, employment, and relationships. But when those lemons become lemonade, it's as refreshing as a cold drink on a hot summer day.
It's true that in life "stuff" happens, but as you'll see in these stories, lemonade happens too!

About the Author:
Don Jacobson’s twenty-eight years in publishing included serving as the president and owner of Multnomah Publishers, where he oversaw the production of more than 1,000 titles and the sale of more than 100 million books.  He sold Multnomah to Random House in 2006. Don founded D.C. Jacobson & Associates, an author management company, so that he could continue working closely with authors. Don and his wife Brenda have four adult children.

My Review:
This golden colored book contains real life stories from around the world chosen to inspire and encourage and possibly uplift you. I have always been told that God always takes what we view as horrible circumstances and turns them around for His good. These stories do just that. They are very similar to other story collections you have read before chosen for the same reason.

The book contains 68 different stories of people placed in what seem like insurmountable situations with the odds stacked against them. The Almighty has brought them through. Just like He will do for any of His children.

**Disclosure** This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from Booksneeze.
