My Review:
Cate Kinkaid didn't plan on trying to solve a mystery when she offered her friend a ride. Even though she never goes looking for trouble it always seems to find her--some how some way. Her love life may suffer as a result, as well because of trouble always finding her boyfriend isn't so sure he likes her new job. Not quite a private investigator Cate still loves a good mystery and really has a knack for solving them. But this is a case of foul play and Cate intends on finding out what really happened and why it seems that murder is involved.
The author has done an amazing job of blending the characters and setting up the perfect crime. Not only does she create the story behind it all but the mystery as well and it takes a very talented writer to do that. She managed to get a chuckle out of me every now and then. The story takes off from the very beginning so there are no dull moments or lulls in the story.
This is number 3 in the series, The Cate Kinkaid Files.
**Disclosure** This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from Revell.
