My Review:
Learning about life in Portugal is fun because of the If You Were Me and Lived In series, written by Carole P Roman. She takes a few facts from a foreign land and can turn them into a book geared for elementary aged children. This will educate them on Portugal in a FUN way!

Portugal turns out to be located on the Iberian Peninsula in Europe. The names of some of the children there that are quite common are Tomas and Maria. The common currency used there is euros. A favorite vacation spot is the Azores, which is a chain of 9 volcanic islands that add to the beauty of the landscape there. You can go on mountain trails, dive & swim with the ocean life.

Many of the aromatic dishes there include fish, probably because it is in abundance there. The favorite recreational sport there is futeball which is a form of soccer to us living in the states. So as you can see there is still  many things to learn about this scenic land.

**Disclosure** This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from the author.
