My Review:
Everyone believes they know the story of Noah and the great flood that God descended down among His creation. something that destroyed all of God's children that were misbehaving all but the ones that were abiding by God's word---Noah and his family. Not only do many believers read and know of this mighty act of God, there are many other legends and folk lore throughout history that have referenced this great act of correction.
The Flood of Noah: Legends&Lore of Survival, is full of all kinds of interesting and in-depth information. The authors have researched and collected this information to give you a final synopsis on all things flood-like. Complete with pull outs, fold outs, and many other neat things---this book is a fully functional interactive book. This very large book, but contains very knowledgeable information that to me just proves that the Bible is a true account how anyone ever doubts it is beyond me. And judging by some of the beliefs of other people and religions it seems that they believed in in some for or fashion as well.
This book has 24 pages and is a book that could be used for upper elementary school aged children but could be read and explained to younger elementary students. My boys and I used the book to gain further knowledge on Noah, the Flood and what others aid or believed in concerning this mass event. We were unaware just how far this all expanded and how many generations believed the same. Even though many of them do not believe exactly as Christians do, it is great knowing how much of an influence God has over so many.
