Dashing Dish is a combination of Katie’s passions—helping women find their identity in God and ending misconceptions about healthy eating. Awesomely good, gluten-free, sugar-free recipes full of flavor. These are just a few words that describe the recipes in Dashing Dish. I recently changed my lifestyle to include recipes such as these. I am glad I did and my stomach is very glad I did. I suffered horrible pain not to mention digestive issues that all could be solved by just going gluten-free. It isn't exactly the cheapest way to eat but thanks to more and more authors serving up their recipes, it is definitely getting easier to cook for my family as well.
She has a recipe called Strawberry Pretzel Dessert that is simply delicious. I love anything strawberry and creamy and this fits the bill. There are over 200 pages tips and recipes included in dashing Dish. She also gives great tips to continue eating this way. I love the recipes!
