Features: Each suggested weekly schedule has two easy-to-manage lessons that combine reading, worksheets, and vocabulary-building opportunities. Worksheets, quizzes, and tests are perforated and three-hole punched — materials are easy to tear out, hand out, grade, and store. Adjust the schedule and materials needed to best work within your educational program. Space is given for assignments dates. There is flexibility in scheduling. Adapt the days to your school schedule.
Workflow: Students will read the pages in their book and then complete each section of the Teacher's Guide. They should be encouraged to complete as many of the activities and projects as possible as well. Tests are given at regular intervals with space to record each grade. If used with younger students, they may be given the option of only choosing activities or projects of interest to them and taking open book tests.
Lesson Scheduling: Space is given for assignment dates. There is flexibility in scheduling. For example, the parent may opt for a M–W schedule rather than a M, W, F schedule. Each week listed has four to five days. Adapt the days to your school schedule. As the student completes each assignment, he/she should put an “X” in the box.
My Review:
Well, another school year is about to get under way for our family. My sweet daughter has just finished her schooling to become a licensed minister but our boys are starting another year of homeschooling. Our oldest two will be in what is considered junior high, one in 6th grade and one in 8th grade, and our sweet baby starts 1st grade. So needless to say Momma is going to be very busy. Master Books cover a lot for homeschoolers from kindergarten all the way up to high school. Elementary Anatomy sounded like a fun subject for my 6th grader so we decided this year we would give it a try.

This curriculum pack contains the best science books I have seen in quite awhile. Gods Wondrous Machine is a great set of science books written by an actual medical doctor, Lainna Callentine M.Ed., M.D. I love her books because they go into great detail and have fascinating pictures or illustrations. But my most favorite aspect of God's Wondrous Machine is the Word Wise Fact contained in each lesson. It is a small snippet of a definition that is given so well and is so thoroughly explained that every person, any age can understand it. We love these books so much that my children can't wait to get them so that they can look through them and read them.

With all these great companions along with your planner you will find that teaching your 4th-6th grader is a breeze. The planner gives you a very flexible schedule with which to teach your child. This entire curriculum pack is a complete course load for the school year and it contains everything that is needed. A great beginning anatomy course for upper elementary ages. It retails for $61.39.
