Litfuse Review: Kosmo's Christmas Delivery by:Deb Kalmbach

About the Book:
Kosmo, the king of troublesome terriers, takes trouble to a whole new level! He's a one-of-a-kind, corn-on-the-cob nibbling, ice cream licking, always-into-mischief dog. Kosmo's Christmas Delivery is told from the point-of-view of an older, but not necessarily wiser dog, Kramer, who laments the acquisition of Kosmo by his family, especially his girl, Emily Jean.

When the inquisitive Kosmo jumps on board the Yellow Package delivery truck a few days before Christmas, Kramer, secretly wishes the pup will be lost forever. He reluctantly agrees to help Emily Jean search the snowy streets of their small town for Kosmo. Through a series of unusual events, the missing terrier finally comes home, but not a moment before his older sibling realizes how much he cares about his young friend.

My Review:
The whole time while I sat reading Kosmo's Christmas Delivery, I was thinking poor Kramer. This poor dog that had been the one and only, top dog if you will, for this family feels like he is a big fat number two upon the arrival of Kosmo. Kosmo, a rough and rowdy new puppy is wreaking havoc in Kramer's world.

Kramer no longer gets all the attention he did before since this new puppy moved in and he wants more than anything for this Kosmo to go away, that is until something happens and he does. Emily Jean and her family wait feverishly for Kosmo's return but what happens to poor Kramer in the middle of the latest Kosmo fiasco surprises even him. We learn about the Christmas delivery that changed everything on Christmas day for the entire family.

The author wrote a sweet book about the present day of two dogs that have to find a way to mesh. I really loved the sweet story and the quirky illustrations.

**Disclosure** This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from the author.
