Review: The Rootlets: Trouble at Plantasy Land by:Vicki Marquez

About the Book:
The Rootlets are four fun-loving and adventurous kids, with veggie hair and healthy habits - whose lives, up until now, were undoubtedly ordinary.

My Review:
Who doesn't love a good amusement park and just one whole day of having fun?! The Rootlets are no exception to this. They can have just as much fun as the next person, right? It all started the opening day at Mr. Fungo Fungi's, Plantasy Land. The Rootlets were very excited and once they arrived they realized all too soon that this park and this day would be very different than anticipated.

As they went on each ride or maze, things just did not seem fun as an amusement park should. It wasn't long before the crew figured out that something was amiss and they had to do something about it before someone got hurt. They knew it too, because how would an amusement park on opening day already have so many problems and issues. The Great Zucchini was causing all the problems and something had to be done about it.

The book was a great one! The latest adventure of this veggie family was a great tale and the mystery to figure out who was turning the park into complete and utter chaos was fun. We loved the illustrations, as well.

**Disclosure** This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from the author.
