Review: Easter Egg Day by:Knudson

 Easter Egg Day
**Disclosure**This book was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from the publisher. All opinions are my own.

About the Book:
It’s time for Easter eggs—yellow, green, blue, and red! In Easter Egg Day, written by Tara Knudson and illustrated by Pauline Siewert, kids will love watching how plain, white eggs turn to colorful zig-zags, stripes, and patterns as this board book celebrates the classic Easter family tradition.

Easter Egg Day’s sweet read-aloud rhymes and bright illustrations are perfect for cherishing holiday memories—and making new ones! Parents and grandparents will love sharing this book with their little ones. It even has glitter on the front cover and a recipe on the back to encourage readers to dye their own Easter eggs.

Neighbors, friends,
At the door,
Baskets held,
Eggs galore!

My Review:
Easter will be here soon and I personally can not wait. It is my favorite holiday always has been even as a child. I loved Easter more than Christmas. Such a sweet book that has the best Easter prose. Literally, in a fin rhyming way describing coloring eggs and giving them to friends.

Easter Egg Day has beautiful full color illustrations and the most precious animal characters. This book is a board book and perfect for little hands. The story is simple and straight forward and would be great for young ones who wont sit for long.

Great book for an easter basket and it even has egg coloring instructions on the back cover.
