About the Author:
Mike Berenstain grew up watching his parents, Stan and Jan, working together to write and draw these lovable bears. Eventually he started drawing and writing about them too.
My Review:
As a child my mother would remind me of Proverbs 16:18, often. So much so that I use it with my own children. God doesn't like a bragger. And in the addition of The Berenstain Bears and the Biggest Brag, Gramps reminds the cubs of this very thing. The cubs were arguing over their topping each other as they imagine different cloud formations. Soon the cubs realized how silly it was to brag over such things. We as adults do the same thing. Pride is NOT a good thing in the eyes of the Lord.
The Berenstain Bears series, is a good series now just like it was years ago to teach our children to do better and act better! We own several books and movies of the beloved bear family!
